    Brian K. Cuttone

    Attorney At Law

    Brian K. Cuttone, Esq. is a civil trial lawyer with state and federal trial and appellate court experience primarily in real estate, business, and bankruptcy litigation.

     

    Brian was born in Merced and attended CSU Fresno where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Brian obtained his real estate salesperson license in 1994. He went on to San Joaquin College of Law, graduating in 1999 and becoming a licensed attorney that same year. Brian then obtained his broker’s license in real estate in 2007.

     

    He represents a wide range of clients including, but not limited to, investors, real estate professionals (both commercial and residential), buyers and sellers, general and sub-contractors, bankruptcy trustees, creditors, debtors, agricultural professionals, and labor contractors. Brian has also served as a judge pro tem, conducting mandatory settlement conferences on behalf of the Fresno County Superior Court in cases involving real estate disputes.

     

    When he is not working as an attorney and real estate broker, Brian enjoys coaching sports, bowling, and spending time with his family and two dogs.

    Rebecca

    Rebecca Stasio

    Rebecca Stasio is the Office Manager and Legal Assistant at Cuttone & Associates, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our clients and attorneys.


    Rebecca was born and raised in Fresno and attended CSU Fresno where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She has nearly 20 years of experience working in Civil Litigation firms.


    She spends her free time as a dedicated volunteer, wife, and mother to three wonderful children and four dogs- all of whom share her love of baseball (both as a sport and as a toy).

    Alysa

    Alysa Mo

    Alysa Mo is one of our law clerks, and she has been with our firm since January 2019. Alysa assists with legal research, document drafting, and additional tasks to support our clients and attorneys.


    Alysa grew up in a small town in Northern California. She attended CSU Fresno where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Management and graduated summa cum laude. Alysa will be attending the University of Washington School of Law in fall 2021 as a Gregoire Fellow to pursue her juris doctorate.

     
    In her free time, Alysa enjoys beginner’s boxing, cooking, and winning Fantasy Football and March Madness championships through dumb luck.

    Lauryn

    Lauryn Flores

    Lauryn Flores is one of the law clerks in our office.


    Lauryn has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Fresno State where she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree, with a research emphasis in legal communication and courtroom rhetoric. When she isn’t conducting legal research or preparing documents for our office, Lauryn coaches Mock Trial and teaches Public Speaking at Fresno State.


    Giving back to the community is one of Lauryn’s passions, in her free time she serves as a member of the philanthropic group, PINC, a non-profit organization that meets the needs of the Central Valley community through service.

    Nick

    Nick Penner

    Nick Penner is one of our law clerks who is in the process of passing the California Bar Exam.


    Nick graduated from Fresno Pacific University in 2017 with his Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. He then attended law school at San Joaquin College of Law and graduated in 2020. Nick joined our office in March 2021, and he plans to continue working in the legal field practicing real estate law and business litigation.
    Prior to entering the legal field, Nick worked as a bartender and helped run restaurants. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
